Mind control routine and Regulations

 Mind control routine and Regulations

First of all how to stop the mind then by following the rule .stick to your rules And keep your mind pure, keep your emotions good. If you keep your mind in a routine, keep it in a routine every day, then the mind will automatically be controlled. Our mind is fickle so it will take some time to establish a routine but  If we focus our mind on a daily routine, we will have one rule in our mind.

We should have a daily routine from morning till evening, what time we have to wake up in the morning and what time we have to sleep at night. If we keep this in our daily routine then our mind will come under control. You have to wake up early every morning, do exercise and whatever work you have to do throughout the day, you have to do it religiously.

If we work religiously then our mind will get peace, this will purify our mind and our mind will not behave like any other and our mind will automatically be controlled. If we live with everyone with pure feelings then our mind will automatically do good work and no one will do bad work, our mind will come under our control.

So if we live our lives according to the rules, our mind will automatically be controlled. So by following a routine in life, you can keep your emotions pure and control your mind well.

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1 verse 7 verse 8

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1 verse 7 verse 8

Verse 7

O best of the brāhmaṇas, please hear of those who are distinct from us. I tell you of the heroes of my army for your information।।7।।

 अस्माकम्, तु, विशिष्टाः, ये, तान्, निबोध, द्विजोत्तम,

नायकाः, मम, सैन्यस्य, सज्ञार्थम्, तान्, ब्रवीमि, ते।। 7।।

Translate - O Dwijashrestha, now tell us the names of those who are chief in our army, who are the officers of my army; Listen to it, learn it.

It is not appropriate to refer to a commander as bi-superior in an external war. Actually the Gita is a struggle between the two instincts of the heart and there the Guru Drona is the epitome of the practice of duality. As long as we are separated from our Aaradhya by even an inch, Prakriti is present, duality is present. We get inspiration from Guru Dronacharya to conquer this 'Dwi'. It is our partially incomplete knowledge that motivates us to attain complete knowledge. It is not a place of worship, not a temple courtyard. It is a battlefield. There should be a heroic address.

Now who are the chiefs of Asat pravdhis?

Verse 8

Thou art Bhishma, Karna, Kripa and Samitinjaya. Ashvatthama and Vikarna            and also Saumadatt।।8।।

 भवान्, भीष्मः, च, कर्णः, च, कृपः, च, समितिजयः,

अश्वत्थामा, विकर्णः, च, सौमदत्तिः, तथा, एव, च।।8।।

Translate - One is you yourself (Dronacharya as the embodiment of duality). Bharramupi - Suspicious patriarch is 'Bhishma'. Illusion is the source of these disorders and remains alive till the end; So he is Pitamah. Even if all the army died, this one was alive. was lying unconscious on the bed; But he was still alive. So Bhishma is an illusion. Similarly there are 'Kripacharyas' (on our side) who are always victorious in asat karmarupi Karna and Sangrama. The act of grace done by the seeker in the state of Sadhana is Kripacharya. The Lord is merciful, He is the abode of grace. After its attainment, the saint's form also becomes similarly kanwalu. But as long as we live apart from the Lord in this sadhana period, He is also far away from us, separate. The false instinct is alive, it is wrapped in delusion. In such a situation, if the seeker acts with kindness, he is destroyed.

In this way, Duryodhana took the names of fifteen-twenty warriors of the Pandavas' party who were endowed with divine wealth. Despite being the king of false tendencies, it is only because of 'moha' that true tendencies can be understood. 'Enchantment' compels one to do so.

He then briefly tells Dronacharya about the warriors of his party. If there was an external war, he would have boasted of his army. Disorders were understated here; Because disorders are perishable and must be conquered. He mentions only six or seven disorders which have the full extroverted tendencies at their core. like -

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1 Verse 2 and Verse 3

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1 Verse 2 and Verse 3

  Verse 2

                      संजय उवाच

    दृष्टा तु, पाण्डवानीकम्, व्यूढम्, दुर्योधनः, तदा,

आचार्यम्, उपसग्म्य, राजा, वचनम्, अब्रवीत्।।2।।

Sanjaya said                                      Duryodhana, seeing the army of the Pāṇḍavas drawn up in battle array, The king approached the teacher and addressed him as follows.।।2।।

Translate - Sanjay said - On seeing the Pandava army standing in formation, King Duryodhana approached Dronacharya and said thus

The practice of dualism is "Dronacharya". When we realize that we are separated from the Supreme Soul (this is the knowledge of duality), then the longing and desire for the realization of that God arises in the mind. Therefore, feeling the need of a Guru, we start searching for a Guru. The first of the two trends. It is the Guru who seeks, but the subsequent Sadguru Yogeshwar Sri Krishna who is Yogsiddha.

King Duryodhana approaches Acharya. Mohrupi Duryodhan! Enchantment is the root, the root cause of all diseases. Duryodhana - Dur means flawed, Yodhana means wealth which is spiritual impure wealth, spiritual wealth is stable eternal wealth. The only fault that creates in her is temptation. He draws man towards nature and also inspires him to attain real knowledge. As long as the temptation is there, questions remain, when the temptation ends, then everything is complete.

Duryodhana, seeing the army of the Pandavas arrayed in array, i.e., the assembly of pious righteous souls, approached Guru Drona and mockingly said -

Verse 3

    पश्य, एताम्, पाण्डुपुत्राणाम्, आचार्य, महतीम्, चमूम्,

व्यूढाम्, द्रुपदपुत्रोण, तव, शिष्येण, धीमता।।3।।

Behold, O teacher, this great army of the    sons of Pandu. Arranged by your wise               disciple the son of Drupada।।3।।

Translate - Behold this great Pandava army arrayed by Acharya, Dupada's son, and your wise disciple Dhrishtadyumna.

He who has faith in the eternal and stable God, who has strong morale! He is the leader, the head of virtuous tendencies. 'Sadhan Kadhik Na Man Kar Teka' Only the tool is strong and not the use, but the strength of the mind should be strong. There should be mindfulness.

Bhagavad Gita Chapter : 1, verse 1

 Bhagavad Gita Chapter : 1, verse 1

                   Dhritarashtra said |

They gathered at Kurukshetra in the field of           Dharma and were eager to figh

What did my Pandavas do, O Sanjaya?||1||

    Commentary -

Dhritarashtra asked, "O Sanjaya, what did my sons and the sons of Pandu do

when they gathered together for battle on the Dharmabhumi of Kurukshetra?"

Dhritarashtra in the form of ignorance and Sanjay in the form of

moderation! Ignorance resides within the mind. The mind is engulfed in

this ignorance. Dhritarashtra is born blind; But through the patient

Sanjay, he is able to see and hear the happenings in Kurukshetra. He

knows for sure that God is the only truth; But as long as his Mohrupi

son Duryodhana is alive, his focus is on the Kauravas, or alternatively

the Vikars.

Religion is a sacred field. When the heart-shaped country is influenced

by divine wealth, this body becomes the Dharmakshetra. And when there

is influence of demonic possessions, the same body becomes Kurukshetra. The

word 'Kuru' meaning 'do' is imperative. Shri Krishna says - “From nature Motivated by the arising trigunas, man performs karma. He cannot be

without Karma even for a moment". Those Gunas take Karma from

him. Even though he is asleep, his Karma continues. That is, that Karma is

a kind of food to keep the body healthy. These three Gunas transform a

man from a god to a small worm. As long as Prakriti and the three qualities

arising from Prakriti exist, till then 'Kuru-Kara' will continue and therefore

the realm of birth and death, the realm of disorders is the Kurukshetra

and the realm of pious tendencies (Pandavas) which enter and merge

with the Supreme Supreme Soul is the Dharmakshetra.

Archaeologists are exploring Kurukshetra in Punjab, Kashi, Prayag,

Madhya Pradesh and many other places. But the lyricist Shri Krishna

himself has told where this war took place - 'Idam sharira kounteya

kshetramityabhidiyate'. "O Arjuna, this body is Kshetra, and he who knows this,

who understands its limits, is Kshetra." Further he has told the extent of this

area. It describes the ten senses, the mind, the intellect, the ego, the five disorders

and the trigunas. The body is the field, the arena. It has two conflicting tendencies.

One is a divine property and the other is a demonic property-Pandava-like

Sat Pravdhi and Kaurava-like Sat-Evil Propensity'.

After surrendering to the experienced great man, the conflict

between these two tendencies ends. This is the struggle between the field

and the field and that is the real fight, the war. The pages of history

are filled with world wars. But even the party that won those wars

could not get permanent victory. Wins and losses are changes. By

subduing nature completely, temporarily seeing, gaining knowledge

and access to the power beyond nature is the real victory. It is a victory that

is never followed by defeat - no defeat. That is the real liberation which is

not bound by birth and death. In this way every mind affected by ignorance can know what happened

in the battle of Kshetra and Kshetra through patience. Of course, to the

extent that patience is awakened, that person will get vision.

What changes come in our life by worshipping God

What changes come in our life by                                        worshipping God

Any person who worships God with his body, mind and money, his life undergoes many changes. Any person who worships with a true heart, his nature undergoes a change. The person who loves God from his heart, his nature becomes simple. There is no discrimination of high and low in front of him. Be it a human or an animal, his behavior towards both remains the same.

By worshipping God, his mind and face acquire a different kind of brightness. The mind becomes the same for everyone. Ego is destroyed from the nature. A feeling of love for everyone is generated. There is a lot of tenderness in the nature. Truth comes in the nature. There is a feeling for everyone. Ego is destroyed from his nature and he becomes a generous person. He will think before doing any work. He has understood sin and virtue.

He thinks a thousand times before doing a sinful act. He gets excited to do a virtuous act. If someone is suffering because of him, he himself tries to reduce it. He will always be immersed in the devotion of God. He will always try to give food to the hungry and water to the thirsty in his life. He lives with patience due to devotion. All his powers increase. There is a glow on his face. By doing God's devotion, there is no one different in God's court. In this Kaliyug, the devotion of God is very easy. And he gets the power to remain happy. He becomes calm. His mind does not wander here and there, his mind remains in the feet of God. So by doing devotion, a different kind of power is obtained which is the highest kind of experience in life. You become patient. So that is why one should worship God with body, mind and money. You become fearless. Such changes come in life. Every person should do bhakti with a good heart. Then you will get what you want. You will get happiness. It will give you the strength to fight in sorrow. Your mind becomes focused. The intoxication that is there in bhakti is not there in anything else. God's blessings and grace remain with you. So you have to destroy the sinful deeds and attain God by doing good deeds. By this path of bhakti, you can subjugate God as well. And you can please God with a true heart.
